SarahFourrure will ship the products ordered through Canada Post, by expedited parcel, to the address indicated in the order confirmation. The cost is fixed at $10 for the province of Quebec and $15 for the other provinces of Canada, regardless of the order.


Here are the 2 possible scenarios: about 50% of Canadians receive their mail/packages in a Community Postal Box and the other 50% in a mailbox.

1- Customer receiving their mail in a Community Post Box: if the parcel doesn't enter the customer's mailbox, the parcel is left in one of the parcel racks and a key to open the parcel rack is left in the customer's mailbox.
2- Customer with Mailbox: If the parcel doesn't fit in the mailbox, a "delivery notice" card will be given to the customer to pick up the parcel at the nearest Canada Post point of service. Usually, the chosen point of service has evening hours and is less than 2 km from all customers.

For a 24-48h delivery, we offer the XPRESSPOST service for $15, and this, only in Quebec. You must contact us when you select this option so that we can proceed with the express shipping of your order.


For another country, please contact us.


The processing time for your order is approximately 7 to 10 working days. Once your order is mailed and you have received the shipping confirmation email, please allow 2 to 4 business days to receive your order. Canada Post will leave the package in your community mailbox.


SarahFourrure is not responsible for damages or costs resulting from late delivery. Unless otherwise specified, prices exclude shipping and handling charges as well as applicable federal and provincial sales taxes.



All orders processed by are delivered with CANADA POST shipping services. All orders are provided with a unique tracking code.



When you buy online, you can neither try nor touch the products. We understand the concerns this can cause and that you may wish to return an item. Our policy is described below:


Important notice: This return policy only applies to purchases made online and not to purchases made in store.


All items purchased on can be returned for an exchange if you get in touch with us on our Facebook and place a request for it, up to 14 days following the delivery date. Items must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have all their original tags.




Please note that we only exchange the same product for a different color or size. If the product is different, a new order must be placed.

Shipping for an exchange is at the customer's expense, unless there is an error on our behalf.

Exchanges will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the item.

If shipping costs are at the customer's expense, the selected mail service must include a tracking number with signature upon delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition. They must not have been worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original labels. We are not responsible for any loss or delay in the return of merchandise and suggest an insured shipping service.

We will reimburse shipping costs for defective products returned to us. However, we don't accept this liability until the item is received and confirmed as being in default. We will not refund shipping charges if the product returned and subsequently inspected is not in default.


Any cancellation without valid reasons will be refunded with a -10% of the total of the order.
